This week I have had the week off work celebrating my birthday! It has been fab and I obviously don’t want Monday to come and the Sunday fear is about to knock on my door!
My week started with a trip to the Emma Bridgewater Factory! I have been before and loved every minute, so couldn’t wait to take my sisters and my mum. The package included a factory tour, an afternoon tea lunch, time to shop and then decorating our own mug, teapot or anything else you wish! If you saw my insta stories I kept you all updated with the day! It is a must if you love that sort of thing! It really makes you appreciate how much effort goes into creating all the mugs, plates and everything else! We had such a great day out and when my teapot arrives I will get a picture up to show you!
I had a couple of quiet days which is always nice! Currently I am obsessed with anything creative and crafty like Kirstie’s Homemade Christmas! I love to sit with my notebook and cup of tea, of course and make notes on the crafts I love. It really has made me feel festive and given me lots of inspiration! I think one of my many New Years resolutions is to keep working on all the crafts I enjoy and one aim is to apply for the show next year! I have been making my own Christmas cards and would love to get some packaged up and gather lots of my creations together and see how they sell!
I think all my Christmas shopping is done and I have been wrapping presents! I went to a few shops and they had some great wallpaper designs so I decided to take lots of samples and use this for wrapping my presents! Add some ribbons and twine and they look fab!
I have been looking on Pinterest for some festive drinks ideas! I want to create some exciting drinks and jazz then up with candy canes, fizz and rosemary! Any ideas then please send them over!
Turning 30 is looking good so far and I am embracing it! This year will be a great year I am sure of that! I am excited to get started on it!
